Peggy Browne elected as Oregon Farm Bureau 1st Vice President

 

At the 82nd Oregon Farm Bureau Annual Meeting in Gleneden Beach, Dec. 10-11, 2014, Peggy Browne of Baker County Farm Bureau was elected to the position of OFB 1st Vice President by the OFB House of Delegates, a grassroots body comprised of family farmers and ranchers from all parts of Oregon.

 

As OFB 1st Vice President, Browne will preside over House of Delegates meetings and will assist OFB President Barry Bushue, among other duties.

 

Before being elected to her new position, Browne had served as OFB 2nd Vice President since 2010. A former president of Baker County Farm Bureau, she operates a family cattle ranch, along with a natural resource consulting firm, in North Powder.
