Southern Oregon youth livestock auctions schedule for August

Summer Fair season is upon us and the month of August is hot.  beginning with our neighbors to the north, Deschutes County is scheduled from August 1-5, followed by Douglas County from August 7-11.

Klamath County follows with scheduled dates of August 9-12, followed by Josephine county from August 14-18.  last in the region is Lake County, which traditionally holds their fair on Labor Day Weekend.  this year, the dates are August 31 to September 3.

The highlight of each of the fairs is the youth livestock auction.  Deschutes County Livestock auction is scheduled for August 4, and Douglas County is scheduled for August 10.

Two days later, Klamath County sells their animals, August 12, and  the Josephine county youth livestock auction is scheduled for Aguust 18 beginning at 10 a. m.

I don’t have the date of the Lakeview auction, but will post it when it arrives.
